DCC Lankhmar Kickstarter läuft

Der nächste Goodman Games Kickstarter für das DCC RPG läuft. Diesmal soll das Lankhmar Setting von Fritz Leiber als Box finanziert werden.
Aktuell steht der KS bei 54.799 $ von 20.000 $, ist also bereits finanziert und kurz vor dem zweiten Stretchgoal.

Die PDFs kosten $25, die Box $50 + $15 Porto und die Box inkl. “Print Pack” $100 + $17 Porto.

Folgende Add-ons gibt es:

  • DCC RPG core rulebook ($40)
  • DCC Lankhmar: Through Ningauble’s Cave ($10)

Free Appendix N Audiobooks

Manchmal ist Google+ ja doch ‘ne feine Sache. Heute bin ich auf einen Post gestoßen in dem jemand “public domain audiobooks” der Autoren aus dem Appendix N verlinkt.

Update – DCC RPG Community Resource Site

Kehr! Zufälle gibt es.

Am Wochenende hatte ich den Artikel vorbereitet und für Montag in die Warteschlange gestellt. Und ZACK! kommt am selben Tag ein Update auf smursh.net.

Ich zitiere:

Goodman Games has spread their wings to include a large amount of third party products.  This makes several kinds of announcements and information on this page unnecessary.

Since the update of the GG site, almost all the links to GG here are broken.  I will, in the not so distant future, go through and fix them.

What may happen is a general purging and re-orientation of this site to make it exclusively dedicated to the DIY efforts regarding DCC RPG.  This will make the site smaller and easier to manage.

If I choose to do that, many links and much info will be removed as it is unnecessary.  GG has a lot of it covered.

Was er schreibt ist mir auch aufgefallen.

Sowohl das Positive, also dass GG jetzt viel 3rd Party Kram anbietet – klasse Sache!

Aber leider auch das Negative: viele Links von extern funktionieren nicht mehr, viele (DCC-)Downloads sind nicht mehr verlinkt sondern nur noch über Direktzugriff (http://goodman-games.com/downloads/) zu finden und insgesamt ist die Seite (m. M. n.) nicht gerade übersichtlicher geworden.

Ich bin gespannt was sich tut, und werde wieder etwas schreiben, wenn die Community Resource Site umgebaut wurde.

Dungeon Crawl Classics Product List

Im letzten Beitrag hatte ich die “DCC RPG Community Resource Site” vorgestellt. Etwas ähnliches gibt’s auch als Überblick über alle bisher für das DCC RPG veröffentlichten Produkte.

Daniel Bishop – a.k.a. Raven Crowking und im DCC Umfeld beileibe kein Unbekannter – führt die Liste auf seinem Blog Raven Crowking’s Nest:

Die Liste ist ziemlich umfangreich, derzeit sind dort Produkte von 50 “Verlagen” gelistet. Aber damit noch nicht genug. Er hat zusätzlich ein neues Blog aufgesetzt – DCC Trove of Treasures – wo er zu jedem einzelnen Produkt etwas schreiben möchte. Äußerst ambitioniert!

Von der Product List wird auf die Trove of Treasures verlinkt, also kann man ganz bequem sehen, zu welchen Produkten es schon einen Beitrag gibt. Aktuell sind es 114 Posts, und alleine im Januar sind schon 9 dazugekommen.

Definitiv ein weiterer Link, den man sich merken sollte.

DCC RPG Community Resource Site

Wer sich auch nur am Rande mit dem DCC RPG beschäftigt hat, dem ist sicherlich aufgefallen, dass es massenweise Kram aus der Community gibt. Tatsächlich massenweise.

Da den Überblick zu behalten ist nicht so einfach. Eine Seite, die versucht das Ganze etwas zu bündeln ist die “DCC RPG Community Resource Site”. Da kann man sich stundenlang durchklicken und findet viel nützliches Zeug.
Einmal die Navigationsleiste auf der Seite runterscrollen sagt mehr als tausend Worte, deshalb verlinke ich einfach ohne weitere Umschweife dorthin:

Wer sich für DCC interessiert sollte die Seite definitiv auf dem Schirm haben!
